Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Pizza Creation: Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas, including classic and gourmet options, following Epic Poetry Café’s recipes and standards.
• Dough and Sauce Preparation: Make pizza dough and sauces from scratch, ensuring consistency and quality in every batch.
• Ingredient Management: Handle and store pizza ingredients according to food safety regulations, ensuring freshness and minimizing waste.
• Station Management: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station; manage inventory and equipment.
• Quality Control: Monitor the quality, presentation, and portion sizes of pizzas to ensure they meet our high standards and customer expectations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure timely and efficient pizza service.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with guests if needed, to enhance their dining experience and accommodate special requests or dietary needs.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and techniques; actively contribute to menu development and creative pizza ideas.
